OurOur journey began in 2011 when Owner/Operator, Wade Utrera, took a significant leap of faith for his wife, Angelle and their two daughters, Ali and Audri. With 8 years of prior auto glass industry experience, Wade started building what he dreamed would become his legacy: Professional Glass Works, LLC.

In 2025, Wade took another exciting step to expand our commitment to the community. After years of hard grinding, he proudly welcomed a dynamic duo to the team: Jill Mace and Casey Rose.
Casey brings over two decades of auto glass service experience to the team as a Certified Master Technician. His lifelong passion for cars led him to specialize in the auto glass industry. One of his notable achievements include: Best of Belron National Champion & Auto Glass World top Competitor in 2014.
Jill brings over three decades of customer service experience to the team. She began her journey in the auto glass industry in 2004, wearing many hats in the field. She loves sharing her knowledge about the industry to educate and empower anyone that has an auto glass question and she specializes in prioritizing and customizing the needs of every client she encounters.
